Please take a moment to read through the policies below before placing your order. These covers everything from shipping to returns, so you know exactly what to expect.
Our shop opens for a limited time and orders can only be placed during the store's open period.
SHOP OPENING TIMELINE: July 1st, 2025 - July 25th 2025
Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 weeks after the store is closed. You'll receive an e-mail notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Fees and Package Weight
Our standard shipping rates are based on estimated package weight of 500-900g. If your order exceed this weight, (for example, if you purchase multiple books or items), additional shipping fees may apply.
In such cases, we will contact you via e-mail to arrange for extra shipping charges. Please ensure your contact information is correct at checkout.
Shipping Information
We ships worldwide so everyone from around the world can place an order from this shop. However, please keep the following in mind:
• All orders are shipped from Indonesia via Pos Indonesia, which partners with postal service (USPS, DHL, etc) in your country.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes
• Orders over $800 to the UK requires an EORI number
• The Estimated Time of Arrival displayed at the checkout is provided by postal office. In reality, shipping times may be longer than expected.
• If your country isn't listed at the checkout, contact us--we'll check with the post office if shipping is possible.• If you are interested in placing bulk orders or purchasing for resale in your shop, please go to [BULK ORDER AND RESLLER] tab . We'd love to offer special discount and exclusive shipping for your orders!
Shipment Tracking
After the package leaves our hand and into the shipping service's, it becomes your responsibility to track it and ensure it isn't stuck somewhere along the way. We're happy to assist and help you with tracking issues, but we are not responsible for problems caused by the shipping company, which is out of our control, this might include:
• Damaged parcels
• Package being returned to sender, due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attemps
• Package disposed of by customs/portal services if left unclaimed for too long
To minimize these issues, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order!
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
We do not accept order cancellation, so please review you cart carefully before checking out. Returns and refunds are also not accepted for orders that arrive correctly and undamaged. If there's an issue with your order, pease contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
